The University of Bahrain is pleased to invite organizations to participate in its upcoming Career Fair, which aims to connect employers with highly qualified students and graduates across various academic disciplines.

The Career Fair provides an excellent platform for organizations to promote career opportunities, identify potential talent, strengthen employer branding, and build strategic partnerships with the University community.

Participating organizations will have the opportunity to:

Recruit students and graduates for employment and internship opportunities
Promote their organization and enhance brand visibility
Engage directly with students through networking and career discussions
Support student career development and professional readiness

The information collected through this registration form will be used to organize the event, coordinate logistical arrangements, and support employer-student matching initiatives.

Participating organizations will receive an Exhibitor Manual and event guidelines upon confirmation of registration.

Participation is subject to approval and availability of exhibition space.

By submitting this registration form, the participating organization agrees to the following:
- Participation is subject to confirmation by the University of Bahrain.
- The organization agrees to comply with all event guidelines provided in the Exhibitor Manual.
- Booth setup and dismantling must be completed within the allocated time slots.
- The organization is responsible for the conduct of its representatives during the event.
- The University reserves the right to modify event arrangements if necessary.
- Payment must be completed within the specified deadline to confirm participation, to confirm participation in the fair, please note that all payments will be treated as donations and will be allocated toward the operational cost and delivery of the event.
- Participation fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed, except in cases determined by the University under the Cancellation & Force Majeure Policy outlined in the Exhibitor Manual.
- The University is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of exhibitor materials during the event.
